"The Dachshund"

Here is the sweet little Dachshund sitting in my portrait as calm as can be, which true to life, they can be, but I know for a fact they like to alert you if anyone is at the door! My neighbor had one who was a good watch dog and loved to bark! It is so much fun doing these little 3 x 3's and I put them on a little wooden easel, so they are great for gifts. They take up very little space, but are a good way to start collecting art.
I think everyone should have some original art in his/her home. Why buy expensive prints or computer generated pictures when you can have a piece of art created by an artist?
Those are my sentiments also. Original art need not be expensive. There is plenty of it around for resonable prices. I love your little dachsie!We had one that was black and tan, too.
