I enjoyed doing this plein air at Heathcote Botanical Garden. The painting is atmospheric and I love the cypress tree. However, the red blooms really pop, so thus the title. Click on it for a close up view. You can purchase this painting through Pay Pal; just click on the Buy Now icon to the right.

I love this one. It has an almost oriental feel to it. The background looks misty and "soft".
