"Still Life with Red Teapot"
8 x 10 acrylic on stretched canvas $125
I have decided to brighten my palette and enjoyed doing so very much. So we will see if this is a new trend for me. I had a red teapot and some yellow flowers, so I sat up this still life and it just called for color and brightness! I liked the way it turned out. Your comments are appreciated! There is certainly a lot of colour in that one Egretta. I reckon it demonstrates a longing for the long hot days of Summer... Drinking tea out on the lawn, in the shade of a big tree...
ReplyDeleteThis is very pretty. I really like the colours you've used.
ReplyDeleteLove the colors in the teapot still life. The reds, golds and greens are really in. I've filled a lot of silk arrangement orders to match this color scheme.
ReplyDeleteKaren, keep me posted on what colors are in, as I basically never know what is in or not in--I just stay around the studio. Need to get out more!!
