There is nothing more fun than children trying to catch butterflies! My own grandson loves to watch them, chase after them and every now and then gently catch one to show me. He always lets them go again, but he is fascinated by them. This painting was fun to do---the masses of flowers and the children. Look how the little girl seems to be sneaking up on one!
