I've posted this before, but it is one of my favorite paintings and I thought you might enjoy another look at it. The pattern of the leaves with the ribs and veins running through them and the subtle color changes make cabbages grand to paint! Click on it for a closer view.
Very organic. It has a great realistic feel, like just picked from the ground.
