I've painted a little more on the pepper painting today. I kind of stewed over the background color; wanted something dark at the top, getting lighter as the composition unfolds, so I can make some nice shadows under the peppers. I usually am not too pleased with the first stages of a painting. There is alot of layering to do with the transparent watercolors.
I guess it is coming along o.k Keep looking for the finished work.
