"Fruit and Fiesta"

Another piece of Fiestaware was used to set up this still life, plus fruit and lacy doily. I think I enjoy doing still life paintings as much as anything---I like setting up the objects which takes much thought actually. And watercolor is so challenging and takes practice to be able to control it instead of it controlling you! I used a minimum of tube colors for this, and I like the way the colors turned out.
